Just messing around with the photomanipulation contest picture. Since the place is more of a medieval themed bar, was thinking about putting the tavern on the side with a forest surrounding it.bedivere tavern

Photo-manipulation Contest: Paper Lamps

DSCN7011Lets do a competition for fun. The idea is to take the photo above and to use that as the only stock for a photo-manipulation. The photograph is taken from outside of Bedivere Eatery & Tavern. The competition will be till this Friday, and the winner gets Kudos. At least for now, until we can give out something a bit more substantial (like a money prize). The winner would be selected by the bar!

The main goal of this is to become better. You do not need to have prior skill in the subject, but just be willing to try. If you don’t own photoshop or illustrator, you can use a free program such as GIMP.

So, rules:

Photo manipulation contest: Paper Lamps

1. Must use the photograph above as the sole stock image in any way you want.

2. Post your finished result in the comments section by Friday, the 21st.

3. You may work on this with another person, just credit them when you submit the work.

4. Winners get kudo points (for now).

5. On Saturday, the 22nd, Bedivere Eatery & Tavern will be judging for the best one.
